Firmware Update – I’m Back Film
After receiving your I’m Back Film device, it is strongly recommended to update the firmware to the latest available version. Keeping the firmware up to date ensures optimal performance, improved stability, and compatibility with the latest system features. Always check that your device is running the most recent firmware before use.
Improvements in this version:
- Color correction improvements
- Battery bug fixes
- ASA setting is now saved after powering off the device
Firmware installation steps
- Remove the microSD card from the I’m Back film.
- Insert the microSD card into your computer.
- Download the firmware file (it is provided as a ZIP file).
- Extract the ZIP file to obtain a .bin file.
- Copy only the .bin file to the root directory of the microSD card
(do not place it inside any folder). - Insert the microSD card back into your device.
- Power on the camera, preferably using an external power supply.
- The firmware update process will automatically appear on the display.
- Once completed, the I’m Back film will restart.
The firmware will then be updated.
